    Ma réservation avait été annulée avant mon arrivée. On ne sait pas qui l'a fait. De plus, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai averti la réception mais je n'ai pas pu m'en servir pour toute la durée de mon séjour.

    Excellent location. Close to Metro and all major tourist attractions within walking distance

    Hotel bar closes at 11pm. This is when Madrid is only starting to come alive for the evening

    "Hotel is a bed factory, staff just smile a lot and tell untruths. Everything was a negotiation from air con to a one hour extended checkout request. Room too hot and had to have window open hence noisy all night as hotel is on busiest road in Madrid." (97783591)

    None worth mentioning. Avoid this hotel if you are a frequent traveller with certain expectations.

    Air conditioning poor both in room, lounge and restaurant and as Milan is a hot city it was uncomfortable. Breakfast boring, same every day, better to wander and have outside.

    Very modern, comfortable and clean in a great central location. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.

    No satellite TV (only Spanish channels)
