  Excellent location near Puerta del Sol etc. Garage and good valet service.

  Difficult to reach by car. We had a windowless room that got very warm and stuffy despite the A/C. It was very quiet, though, which was nice.

  "The hotel was nice put probably not did not rate being ranked as number 1 on Trip Advisor hence the reason for me and my husband staying there. Was very central and very clean and a free minibar which added a nice touch." (97900749)

  It was very clean and had a free minibar. very central.

  hardly any english channels apart from news, was expecting a larger room.

  "We really liked the place a lot and would stay there again, if we were to return to Madrid. The location was great, two blocks from the Sol metro stop, near Gran Via. The people behind the desk were very nice, put up with our horrible Spanish, and were very accommodating. Thanks!" (97707381)

  The location was great. Restaurant was great (we had breakfast). Rooms were neat and clean.

  The hotel is advertised as having free wireless in every room, but there the connectivity was non-existent. We were able to use a business office computer in the hotel, but had booked at this hotel because of the free wireless.
