    the window in the bedroom didn't open, I couldn't fill in the bath with water as it was malfunctioning, the furniture in the living room although looking fresh had an unpleasant smell to it, the smell of sweat. On my every complaint the concierge replied that I had to get in touch with Marlin people on the phone, making me feeling like there's no actual customer service on place.

    It is a very good hotel, Very clean and well located, I would advise other pleople to spent time there, It is really nice place.

    I didn't find any bad thing.

    Broadband Internet, lovely kitchen & lounge, comfortable bed, large bathroom with hot shower.

    No air-con. The lounge room had a large window so it was not too bad. But the very large bedroom window only opened fully and then the curtains could not be closed.

    There was plenty of room within the apartment, more than adequate for a short stay.

    There was not enough hot water, there was only two of us, but only one of us got a hot shower, then the water turned cold.

    Fantastic Kitchen Facilities Great Living Area Clean Bathroom Buttons on remote control were not small

    DVD Player didn't work Kitchen utensils needed a wash Small Bedroom (limited closet space) Bin bags in corridors and strange rituals being performed by crazy guest across the square.

    "The appartments are excellent in terms of space, cleanliness, appliances, furnishings and value for money. Unless you really like hotel food (which I am thoroughly bored of), there is no disadvantage in staying in these appartments, and plenty of positives. Much more relaxing than another standard hotel room." (99812550)

    "Overall very good. But the check in process was slow and clumsy - requiring attendance at the front desk with ID before even being able to use the car park. The absence of a working internet links was very inconvenient, especially as it was one of the primary reasons for booking. But the apartment was really pleasant, spacious, modern and very clean. And the concierge was helpful and courteous." (97964455)

    Poor check in process - unclear that entrance with same number was the wrong one. And NO INTERNET despite this being a clear promise and repeated requests for repair.

    "We were supposed to stay in the London Bridge Hotel close to our daughters accomadation we were transfered to the Queens Street Hotel,difficult to open the night key box, we were given the wrong box number and had to phone up for the correct box number." (97467720)

    Location is ok for Central London. Flat I had was quiet. It's a new concept and I like its comparison to a pokey Hotel Room

    General cleanliness and soft towels are great, Goodies basket are thoughtful and much appreciated, Clean and well-equiped kitchen is excellent
