excellent hotel offering a good and plaisant moment,particularly the patio is a very confortable place. the hotel is very close to the beaches and pedestrian streets. for sure i will reserve this hotel for my next trip to nice

"it was 'okay' and convenient for our purposes before taking up an apartment. Nothing to rave about however and very expensive for what it was." (97567293)
Room was absolutely tiny and very hot, though could be brought under control with air con after a few hours. You couldn't spend a whole holiday in the room as it was smaller than some bathrooms I have been in!

"This is a perfect hotel for visiting Nice - close to the shopping, the old town and the beach and within very easy walking distance of the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room, although small, was perfectly well equipped, and very clean. There is a lovely garden/courtyard for breakfast, or for enjoying a drink. I would definitely recommend this hotel as being excellent value for money." (99580952)

Friendly, efficient staff. (They kindly allowed us to park out front, free for 2 days!)

"We found the hotel pleasant, breakfast good value for money and we were able to eat in the garden. The room was small but adequate. I was please to see that that the rooms and public areas were all clean and looked after, the were staff pleasant and helpful. I would use this hotel again" (97521863)
