Apartments are available with one or 2 large, comfortable bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring an en suite shower room, plus a separate bathroom. Each apartment also has a designer kitchen/dining area with integrated appliances and a spacious lounge with feature fireplace and digital TV with free Sky sports and movie channels.

Free wireless internet access is available in the apartments and the complex also offers free on-site parking facilities.

There are 2 mini supermarkets just 2 minutes’ walk from the apartments. There is also a Sainsbury’s supermarket just 7 minutes’ walk away, making it easy to stock up on groceries.

• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.

• Extra Charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Directions

By Air:
The apartments are approximately 10 miles (16 km) from Edinburgh Airport. Taxis are readily available from just outside the airport.

By Train:
The apartments are approximately 2 miles (3.25 km) from Edinburgh Waverley railway station. Taxis are readily available from just outside the station and the journey to the apartments should take about 5 -10 minutes.

By Bus:
There is a bus stop just 100 metres from the apartments offering convenient transport to the centre of the city. The very heart of the city is about 10 minutes away by bus.

By Taxi:
The very centre of Edinburgh is about a 5-minute taxi ride from the apartments.
